2026 Scientific Meeting
​and Awards Luncheon

The DC Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP) will host a Scientific Meeting and Awards Luncheon on November 14, 2026, at The Bethesdan Hotel (8120 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD 20814). Exhibitors can connect with more than 60 Internal Medicine physicians.
 ​The exhibit hall will be open all day on Saturday and is located directly outside the meeting room in the foyer to encourage attendee traffic throughout the meeting.

Each exhibit booth includes:
  • 8 ft x 10 ft booth space
  • One 6 ft table
  • Two chairs
  • Up to two exhibitor representatives per booth
  • Printed list of conference attendees

​Premier Sponsor: $3,000 (Limited to 1 sponsoring company)
This is the premier sponsorship for the DC ACP Scientific Meeting and Awards Luncheon.
