DC ACP Medical Student Social April 24, 2026
6:30-7:45 p.m. ET Penn Social - 801 E Street NW DC ACP invites medical students interested in Internal Medicine to our Medical Student Social. Meet IM residents who can answer your questions about Internal Medicine and resident life. Attendings will also be available to discuss their career paths. ACP Leadership Day Date: May 12-13, 2026
Location: Washington, DC Each year, Leadership Day brings internal medicine physicians, residents, and medical students from across the country to Washington, DC to advocate on behalf of their patients and the profession. This two-day event offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with U.S. lawmakers and their staff on issues that impact internal medicine and the care we provide. Why attend Leadership Day?
