Speaker Information
Welcome to the Speaker Hub!
The Speaker Hub provides a one-stop-shop for all of the necessary paperwork and information needed. This includes a place to submit necessary forms, keep up with deadlines, a convenient place to upload your presentation as well as information about the event for the speaker. We hope that by having all of this information in one place, you can easily find what you need without having to search through multiple sources or keep track of emails. You can find this hub under the events tab on the main page of the website.

Speaker form
Please submit all speaker information below, including how you want your name and credentials to read, headshot and bio. Please note we will only list you as you’ve submitted to us (especially credentials).
Conflict of interest
ACP has transitioned their Conflict of Interest (COI) form to an online disclosure system. Once you submit the speaker form you should receive an email from DC ACP that will provide more information and a link for you to complete by July 6, 2024. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see an email, please email us at [email protected].
MOC Questions
As part of ABIM MOC we will need two questions from you by September 15, 2024, to allow our conference participants to achieve ABIM MOC points. Here is a link on how to write MOC questions and the format for them.
Presentation
Please plan on submitting a PPT file by November 10, which we will post online the day before the CME meeting begins. This file does not need to be your final version. Please note, all presentations must have a Disclosure slide either disclosing any conflicts, or stating you do not have any conflicts.
Please bring your presentation on a flash drive. We will not allow for computers to be traded out due to technical issues that occur when this happens. If you have any questions or issues, please call 573-636-2144.
